Atlantis Desalination Technology Off of Malta

We speak of a cheaper and faster way to desalinate water that was used and is off the coast of Malta, really part of the Second Atlantis Empire. This technology is buried deep under a sandbar. One could almost walk out on it. Look east from the highest point on Malta and look five miles exactly and this is the sandbar. The technology can be found underneath it.
